Taylor Swift’s ‘Style’ gets the smooth 1950s remake it deserved



Taylor Swift may have made the shift from country to pop, but she should really consider going to rock n’ roll instead.

Scott Bradlee and his rotating cast of talented musicians, known as Postmodern Jukebox, are well know for taking pop songs and recreating them into different genres, and their latest is a toe-tapping version of “Style”.

Fronted by YouTube legend Von Smith and Annie Goodchild, the group used the lyrics “You got that James Dean day dream look in your eye” to inspire an old-school version of the song that would fit perfectly into a 1950s musical.
